The Housing Fair aimed to provide Greater New Haven residents with resources and information to answer all of their housing needs. With the focus on home purchasing, foreclosure prevention, and energy conservation, the Fair played an integral role in addressing the pitfalls of today's housing market.

Free seminars were held throughout the Fair including Buying a Home, Foreclosure Prevention, aned Saving Money by Saving Energy.

Featured local and national experts discussed neighborhood stabilization and how it relates to today’s housing crisis.  Panelists included:

Residents were invited to bring in loan scams they had received in the mail to be part of a community-wide art project to bring attention to this deceptive practice. Under the direction of artist Megan Enyeart, the mosaic was the first of its kind.
