Special Initiatives
Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven is constantly assessing community strengths and needs to make sure that we stay on the pulse of neighborhood growth. Our community building and organizing outreach allows us to develop special initiatives that respond to resident concerns.
Three examples of how NHS has worked to help neighbors address identified issues are the Community Greenspace Program, an Anti-Loitering Initiative and a Street Lighting Initiative.
